8. Black Christmas (2006)
This list would not be complete without a traditional serial killer let loose in a sorority house. Well, it is the season to be killing. This is the remake of the classic 1974 film of the same title, and while both are not suitable for children, te 2006 version is more likely to offend adults as well. Billy Edward Lenz is a man born with a liver condition which means his skin is yellow, which immediately alienates him from his abusive mother. Desperate to conceive an adequate child, his mother sexually assaults him to impregnate her with his daughter/sister. Christmas is a time for family after all. Then, Billy proceeds to escape from his attic, gouge his offspring's eyes out, and uses a cookie cutter to make delicious treats out of his mother's flesh. Placed in a mental home, he escapes at Christmas 2006, disguises himself as the jolly bearded man himself, and heads towards his old home, which is now inhabited by hot young women. The murderer proceeds to pick off the girls and murder them in many a gruesome fashion, including stabbing one through the eye with a fountain pen, and killing Michelle Trachtenberg with an ice skate through the skull. But it is revealed at the climax that the killer is not Billy, but in fact his disfigured sister Agnes as his accomplice. The amount of disfigurement, death and devastation are clear signs that this film is for adults only, and even then should be watched with a paper hat over your eyes. http://youtu.be/XGFJdvQw65o
