10 Crazy Stories Warner Bros Needs To Tell In The DC Movie Multiverse

1. Crisis On Infinite Earths

The first major DC Comics crossover, Crisis on Infinite Earths was adapted by The CW earlier this year. It was a fun television event, but network television is never going to compete with what's seen in theatres. After Flashpoint, this seems like a logical next step, and is a tale Warner Bros. can use to take advantage of the stories listed here and plenty others to boot.

When the Anti-Monitor sets out to destroy all the parallel Earths (cleaning up DC Comics continuity in the process), the DC Universe's greatest heroes find themselves faced with countless alternate versions of themselves and a threat bigger than anything they've faced before.

This could be used to reboot the DC Extended Universe or just as a nutty event picture with a tonne of familiar faces playing new versions of themselves (something it's easy to imagine actors like Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, and Jason Momoa having fun with).

Avoiding similarities to the small screen Crisis on Infinite Earths is a must, but by the time a movie like this become a reality, chances are that would be a good few years in the past, anyway.
