10 DCEU Theories Better Than What's In The Movies

1. Billy Batson Was The One Interviewing Superman In Justice League

The opening few minutes of Justice League will probably be forever remembered for one of the most appalling examples of CGI in recent memory. In a bid to cover Henry Cavill's Mission: Impossible moustache, Superman was given a VFX mouth that spawned a million memes. Alas, this theory doesn't relate to why it looked so utterly terrible.

Instead, it pointed to the kid interviewing the Man of Steel being Billy Batson. That's Shazam's alter-ego, and learning that the magically powered foster kid was a Superman fanboy inspired by this meeting would have been a fun way to flesh the character out.

Warner Bros. clearly didn't agree, and while Shazam! featured a Superman cameo (well, a stuntman wearing Cavill's costume), it seems they simply didn't consider how great it would be to flesh out that relationship and add some links between the two characters.

As far-fetched as some fan theories may be, this one is an example of fans giving these movies way more thought than the studio that makes and distributes them...
