10 Fan-Favourite Deleted Scenes (That Are Secretly Terrible)

8. A Completely Different Endng - Halloween 6: The Curse Of Michael Myers

Halloween 6: The Curse Of Michael Myers had a messy production that resulted in two different versions being cut together. The Theatrical Cut was a gory, confusing mess that everyone hated and the Producer€™s Cut was a gory, confusing mess that some people seemed to like. The latter version contained lots of alternative footage including a different final act. For years this cut was unavailable to the public except as a bootleg copy. Fans would get excited hearing about all the differences, taking to the internet to scan it for images. Actually watching this version reveals it€™s not a lost masterpiece though; it€™s just bad in whole new ways. Instead of Paul Rudd (yes, that Paul Rudd) beating Michael to death with a pipe he stops him by using some mystical stones. The movie reveals that Michael is powered by evil cult magic, which can be broken with good magic or something. The movie doesn't explain it very well. For all the hype this ending receives it isn€™t much better than the one used in cinemas. In fact, at least that version had some chases and gore in it; this has Paul Rudd using magical rocks to stop a serial killer.

Handsome. Charismatic. Intelligent. Noble. Witty. I'm none of these things, but I'm a half decent writer, I guess.
