Toy Story didn't just give us four legendary films over 24 years, they made children everywhere believe in the magic that their toys would come to life once their bedroom door was shut. Speaking of closed doors, Toy Story seemingly did just that in 2019 when they released Toy Story 4. The film ended with Woody reuniting with Bo Peep thus tying a neat little bow on the franchise. Except we have seen this before, haven't we?

Back in 2010, fans across the world were adamant that Toy Story 3 was the last time we would see Andy's toys together but boy were we wrong. Sure the follow up was almost 10 years later, but when asked about a potential return, it seems that neither Tom Hanks nor Pixar have closed the door on Toy Story 5.

As touching as the ending was in Toy Story 4, I think deep down we all know that the only true ending for Woody and Buzz, is for them to eventually be handed down to Andy's future children and grandchildren.

Although the incinerator from Toy Story 3 would have been a pretty ballsy ending. Traumatising? Absolutely. But ballsy nonetheless.
