7. Everything Ultron
Many of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's villains have been criticised for being one dimensional, but Ultron is anything but. Whether it's in his crude Mark I form as as the Vibranium enhanced towering version powerful enough to give Thor a beating, he's one of the most interesting and emotionally complex foes to have appeared in one of these films. One specific moment? Well, after being punched into the air by the Hulk at an earlier point in the final battle, Ultron is left exasperated when the Green Goliath jumps into his Quinjet and destroys him once again (James Spader's "Oh, for God's sa-" is utterly perfect). Forget Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War; Ultron could have also just as easily carried two movies.
