3. Fido (Fido)

Fido is quite a unique movie in that the titular zombie is played by acclaimed actor and world famous comedian Billy Connolly. How often does the role of a zombie get taken by such a major talent? In that sense, Fido is extremely memorable. This movie takes place in a 1950s-esq alternate universe in which radiation has turned the dead in to zombies and the zombies in question have been domesticated - and Fido is one of them. Little is known of his pre-zombie life, apart from the fact that he died of myocardial infarction, and as a zombie he is fitted with a controlling collar and made to do chores. Of course, the collar malfunctions on one occasion and he kills his owner's neighbour, but he's generally quite likeable! If you haven't seen it, I'd recommend it because it's an enjoyable little movie with a fresh approach to zombies and has generally received a positive response. It currently holds a 70% rating on RottenTomatoes.com.
