9. Janet Van Dyne
As we learn in the first Ant-Man film, Janet Van Dyne, the original Wasp, sent herself sub-atomic to disarm a bomb in 1987, saving thousands of lives, but knowing she would likely be lost in the Quantum Realm forever. She is ultimately rescued by her daughter Hope, Husband Hank, and their ally Scott Lang in 2018.
However, Janet has emerged with strange abilities, such as the energy transfer she uses to stabilise Ava Starr, the Ghost, In Ant Man And The Wasp. Also, Janet managed to survive in the Quantum realm for thirty years.
The Quantum realm is still a mystery in the MCU. It is packed full of different worlds and creatures, both friendly and unfriendly, that we can barely even dream of. And Janet Van Dyne lived in the middle of it all for three whole decades, armed only with broken tech. She is likely stronger than anyone gives her credit for - although maybe we'll see her given her full dues some day soon.
