2. Batman Steals Green Lantern's Ring

It appears as if the Justice League will first come together in Batman V Superman, and one of the most exciting parts of that movie and those which follow is seeing these iconic heroes interact on the big screen. There's a lot of material from the comic books they can turn to for that, but this scene with Batman and Green Lantern is a must. Why this scene? Batman being able to steal Green Lantern's ring straight off his hand is such a fun example of what makes the character so great. They've always had something of a tense relationship in the comics, and showing off the skills of the Caped Crusader and the cockiness of the Emerald Knight would only heighten the tension between the two. It's interactions like this which made The Avengers such a success for Marvel, and while 2+ hours of the Justice League bickering wouldn't make for a very enjoyable experience, this sort of friction-fraught team dynamic would be an interesting direction to take things in. Also, after the awful 2011 movie, seeing Green Lantern humbled wouldn't hurt.
