Billy S. Preston, Esq. and Ted Theodore Logan are currently set to return to the silver screen this August with Bill & Ted Face the Music, and here's hoping any of the villains in this threequel are afforded are far better death than the demise seen by the evil versions of Bill and Ted in 1991's Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey.

Bogus Journey is a fun, crazy time-travelling comedy which also takes in Hell and Heaven. And two of the main rogues of the picture are, of course, skewed versions of our beloved Wyld Stallyns pairing. Having caused so much torment and chaos throughout the sequel - as Bill so eloquently puts it, "you totally killed us, you evil metal d**kweeds" - the deaths of the evil Bill and Ted is hugely underwhelming.

With genius alien being Station now at their sides, the real Bill and Ted turn up at the film's Battle of the Bands finale with heroic robot versions of themselves in tow. Rather than a full-on fight or even a prolonged period of verbal jousting, the evil Bill and Ted have their heads knocked clean off their shoulders by their good robot counterparts.
