10 Sci-Fi Movies You Must Never Pause

4. Arnie's Obvious Stunt Double - Terminator 2: Judgment Day

Terminator 2 might be as close to literal wizardry as filmmaking gets. James Cameron's card-carrying masterpiece of a sci-fi sequel continues to age like a fine wine despite its abundance of ground-breaking and risky VFX elements.

It is a technical powerhouse of a film demonstrating Cameron at his absolute peak as a creator, yet despite how extremely polished it is, it's not without its occasional gaffes.

One of the most commonly-cited issues with the movie is the comically noticeable stunt performers during the iconic storm drain chase - the driver doubling for Arnold Schwarzenegger honestly looks more like Jean-Claude Van Damme.

It's fairly noticeable in motion and hilariously obvious with a quick pause, sending Cameron's impeccably concocted house of cards crashing to the ground in an instant.

Though Cameron did admittedly use CGI to superimpose the actors' faces over the stunt performers for the most recent remaster of the film, this isn't the version of T2 that 99% of people have seen, nor the version that's generally carried by TV networks and some streaming services.
