10 Signs You’re A Movie Superhero

2. You Are Heterosexual And Fall In Love Easily

If you are a gay man then unfortunately the best chance you have of being a superhero is if you are two dimensional and like to live in controversial comic books as characters that aren't all that integral to the plot. If you are a bisexual woman then you stand a much better chance, but only if you are physically attractive to male superheroes and like to walk around wearing very little clothing. Considering the X-Men comics are highly inspired by black and gay civil rights struggles it's funny that there aren't more black and gay characters no? If you are straight then you are in luck, but it's not quite that easy. If it takes you on average a couple of days to a week max to fall in love with a character you have only just met and have said about three sentences to each other then keep reading... If you fall in love with people solely on their looks and know very little about the other person before deciding to devote the rest of your life to that other person then you and Thor (and any Shakespeare character for that matter) would have a lot to talk about. For all of those people in the real world who can make mature decisions and participate in complicated relationships with people you know almost as well as you know yourself then you are clearly a complete and total loser and no where near cool enough to be a fickle, empty headed super awesome superhero. Sorry.

I am a recent Screenwriting for Film and Television graduate from the UK. I am an unashamed geek who loves everything Marvel, and anything Joss Whedon has ever touched (except for maybe Alien Resurrection and Titan A.E). My current favorite TV shows are Breaking Bad, Family Guy, House of Cards, Game of Thrones, American Horror Story, Homeland and Glee. I look forward to debating things with all of you in the future.
