10 Tarantino Brands That Don't Actually Exist in Real Life

6. Red Apple Cigarettes

pulpfictioncigpacscreenshot In Tarantino's films, everybody smokes. Cigarettes connect a lot of characters in his films, so of course it would be obvious that Tarantino would have his very own brand of cigarettes made up. Red Apples, which feature prominently in Pulp Fiction (as well as Four Rooms and Kill Bill), seem to be a classic soft pack of American cigarettes. The logo features a red apple with a green worm sticking out of the core, and of course the worm is smoking a cigarette itself. While finishing up his early morning meeting with Marsellus Wallace (Ving Rhames), prize fighter Butch Coolidge (Bruce Willis) orders a pack of Red Apples at the bar, preferring the non-filters over the filters (Red Apples have a variety, don't you know). Mia Wallace (Uma Thurman) while on a dinner date with Vincent Vega (John Travolta) opts out of her pack of Red Apples for one of Vincent's hand-rolled smokes instead, perhaps she was a fan of the non-filtered brand as well and had to settle for the filtered ones? Tranantino brilliantly connects his characters through a cloud of cigarette smoke, with the slightest hint of Red Apple in the air.
