6. Avengers Tower = The Baxter Building

Heading into Spider-Man: Far From Home, everyone expected the one-time Avengers Tower to be revealed as Oscorp. That company is owned by Norman Osborn (a.k.a. the Green Goblin), and its introduction would have set the stage for Peter Parker to finally come to blows with one of his most sinister foes.

Well, that didn't happen, and given the tenuous nature of Marvel Studios' relationship with Sony Pictures, that's probably for the best. That begs the question of who now owns the building, though, and the Fantastic Four is the most logical choice.

In the comic books, the heroes call the Baxter Building home, and while that could be introduced in the MCU, it makes more sense for them to use this centrepiece of the MCU's version of New York City as their base. There have even been some pretty reliable rumours to this effect too, and it's now just a waiting game when it comes to when it will happen.

There's a reason Marvel Studios made a point of Tony Stark selling the building in Spider-Man: Homecoming, and now the Fantastic Four is home, we have an answer as to why.
