10 Unused Marvel Studios Concepts Which Need To Be Used In Future
1. The Classic Valkyrie (As A Different Valkyrie)
Fans were first introduced to the Marvel Cinematic Universe's version of Valkyrie when Tessa Thompson took on the role in Thor: Ragnarok. However, there were plans in place for the character to appear way back in 2013's Thor: The Dark World.
Details about how she was going to factor into the sequel were never revealed, but Josh Nizzi's version of the character opted for a more comics-accurate look. Taika Waititi and Tessa Thompson's re-invention of the Asgardian was no bad thing, of course, and she is playing the "classic" version of Valkyrie from the comic books (Brunnhilde).
Despite that, we know for a fact there are more Valkyries in the MCU, and that Brunnhilde was romantically involved with one in particular.
With Thor: Love and Thunder set to find a love interest for that Valkyrie, would it not be cool to see Thompson's character paired with a warrior similar to the design pictured above?
