4. Gorilla Grodd
As the name suggests Grodd is a gorilla, but more than that, he is a super intelligent gorilla with mind control powers who wants to conquer the world. What more could you want in a supervillain? Grodd isn't the only super intelligent gorilla. He along with a number of other gorillas from the jungles of Africa developed super intelligence from a meteorite. These gorillas then proceeded to build a city, appropriately named Gorilla City, with technology that far surpasses any human technology. They used their cloaking technology to conceal it from the rest of the world. Grodd has made a number of attempts to rule over Gorilla City, but there are other good gorillas that oppose his rule.
How could he possibly work in film? Like Giganta and Cheetah, Grodd is a significant member of the Injustice League and the Legion of Doom from Super Friends but he is primarily an enemy of The Flash. Grodd would make a great villain in a Flash film. The Flash's rogue's gallery mostly consists of evil Flash doppelgangers and the Rogues, a social group of petty criminals with unique gimmicks. Grodd is something else entirely to the rest of The Flash's villains. Rise of the Planet of the Apes proved that we now have the technology to create very realistic looking gorillas with CG. As strange as it sounds, Gorilla Grodd is a logical choice for the main villain in a Flash film, if one ever gets made.
