How She Could Die: This one's simple: at the end of the movie, the Suicide Squad could turn on her if she reneges on her deal, which sees the Squad's prison sentences commuted or reduced in order for completing missions (assuming it follows the same line as the comics, anyway).

Would it surprise anyone if she went back on her word and ended up tortured to death by The Joker as the movie's final, dark punch line?
