5. The T-1000 - Terminator 2: Judgement Day
For anyone who thinks Arnie Schwarzengger's take on the T-800 is the ultimate Terminator, you clearly haven't seen Judgement Day.
James Cameron decided to turn the tables for the second film in the franchise, using Arnie as a red herring before the real baddie revealed himself in the form of Robert Patrick's T-1000. Patrick gives a cool as ice performance and really ramps up the stakes from the first movie.
It's another full-on chase movie like the first, but even Arnie as the good guy can't stop this machine. Made of a form of liquid metal, it's quicker, smarter and significantly more powerful than the T-800, and Patrick brings all of that to life with his slick performance, his constant monotone facial expression focused on the target. You just know this thing will never stop until it gets what it wants, and it makes for thrilling viewing.
