The fifth instalment in the sexy vampires versus sexy werewolves franchise is currently filming. Thats an impressive number for a franchise sold purely on the fact Kate Beckinsale looks good squeezed into a skin-tight leather outfit. But as unbelievable as it might sound; even that premise is starting to wear very thin. Beckinsale herself looked mighty bored in the last movie and the title of the next Underworld suggests it will be her last. Her characters daughter was introduced in part four, so if Kate takes a bullet early and her daughter assumes the sexy catsuit shenanigans, try not to act surprised. The last movie did surprisingly well financially despite no one seeming to enjoy it, so another sequel was going to happen eventually. The good news is that Charles Dance will be returning too so people will at least be awake for his scenes. They'll be a nice breather from the blurry action and needlessly complex mythology.
