6. Groot Cuts A Guy's Toe Off - Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2

Yondu, Rocket and Groot end up prisoners aboard Yondu's own ship when Taserface launches a mutiny against him, after which Yondu and Rocket enlist a depressed, beer-sodden Groot's help to try and track down Yondu's prototype fin to ensure their escape.

What follows is an hysterical sequence where Groot keeps misunderstanding Yondu and fetching the wrong object, including a bizarre alien creature, Yondu's crusty, disgusting underwear, a crew member's fake eyeball (which Rocket naturally finds hilarious), a desk, and eventually, a severed human toe.

Rocket asks if Yondu's ship has a fridge with severed human toes in it, but alas, it does not, so Rocket suggests they never speak of this grotesque incident ever again.

The Guardians movies are known for their quirky, offbeat humour, but hacking off someone's digits is still pretty damn gnarly (yet also the film's biggest gut-laugh).
