15 Hilariously Awful SyFy Original Movies

It really feels like the directors of Bigfoot wanted to make a King Kong movie but got stuck with this. After all, Bigfoot is gigantic in this version, towering over everyone like some sort of giant monster. 

It starts off as your pretty basic monster movie, complete with the guy who wants to capture the creature to make a profit. But for some reason the film has an obsession with rock music, and a major subplot is the organization of a nearby concert. It's kind of like a Jaws situation where the event organizer wants to kill Bigfoot as not to scare people away from the concert, because that's definitely the top priority at the moment.

Bigfoot of course makes it there and causes plenty of destruction. Who knows how they got him to be in this, but at the concert none other than Alice Cooper himself is playing. And yes, Bigfoot kills him horribly.

The last act is pretty incredible, with Bigfoot climbing up Mount Rushmore after going on his killing spree. The military blows him up with missiles, killing Bigfoot but also the two main characters and destroying Mount Rushmore as well. They couldn't have waited until he was a little further away? If you saw Peter Jackson's King Kong and were hoping for the terrible, schlocky version, this is the film for you.
