Release Date: June 26th It was announced earlier in the year that Amanda Seyfried would be playing the new love interest for Mark Wahlberg's John Bennett in Ted 2, effectively replacing the then-pregnant Mila Kunis, who played Lori, John's girlfriend and eventual wife at the end of the movie. How Kunis' character will be written out of the movie has been kept under wraps for the time being, and it's still unknown whether Kunis has a cameo role to easier explain her absence, or is simply not seen at all. The most reasonable explanation, of course, is that John and Lori just get divorced, though given how invested the first film was in this relationship, that would be a shame. Verdict: Divorce is likely, though hopefully MacFarlane will come up with something a little less predictable, or at least crack a few jokes about how lame it all seems before moving on with the new love interest.
