20 Best Performances In The Wizarding World Franchise

16. Tom Felton - Draco Malfoy

Harry Potter Voldemort
Warner Bros.

Tom Felton is arguably the best young actor in the Harry Potter films. He isn't terribly good in the first one, but improved markedly from the second film onwards and just got better and better with age.

In earlier films, he was a spiteful, sharp and effective school bully character who always delivered his lines with the right amount of malice. Then, when it came to Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince Draco had a bigger part, as he was given the task of assassinating Dumbledore, and Tom Felton was a complete revelation here.

He gave a very affecting and powerful performance as the conflicted young Death Eater and in spite of all the terrible things he'd done throughout the series, one felt for Draco so much that it was easy to forget all of that. Felton was similarly excellent in the last two films as well.

Tom Felton hasn't been getting as many parts as he deserve to get since Harry Potter ended; hopefully that will change with time.
