5. Tony Stark Gives Mandarin His Home Address (Iron Man 3)
Yeah, this one was just stupid. After the Mandarin's terror attacks resulted in Tony Stark's security chief (and good friend) Happy Hogan being badly injured and put in to a coma, Stark opted to take action - he issued a televised threat to the terrorist. In said threat, he stupidly aired his home address on live television, telling the Mandarin that he will find him there if he wants a fight - and that's exactly what the Mandarin did. The villain's forces turned up at Stark's pad with helicopter gunships and completely destroyed it whilst Stark himself, Pepper Potts and Maya Hansen were inside. Granted, Tony Stark is Iron Man and he has the means to protect himself against such an attack - but that would mean wearing his armour 24/7 and it certainly doesn't prevent the people around him from potentially being hurt. Essentially, Tonys anger-induced idiocy almost cost him, his girlfriend and another woman their lives.
