10. "I Love The Power Glove...It's So Bad" - The Wizard

If you're old enough to remember when the word "bad" actually meant "good", then this one's especially embarrassing. The Wizard is infamous for basically being a feature-length excuse to flog a bunch of Nintendo merchandise to viewers, namely their Power Glove and, of course, providing the first North American glimpse of Super Mario Bros. 3.

The most infamous scene, however, features a Power Glove-owning douche named Lucas showing off the peripheral in the game Rad Racer, before declaring, "I love the Power Glove...it's so bad."

This is a perfect storm of Jackey Vinson's hilariously self-serious delivery and the irony that the Power Glove actually was a terrible piece of equipment. At least, years after the fact, his statement still rings true.
