9. "I Came Back To Stop You" - The Dark Knight Rises

The Dark Knight Rises' intense finale sees Batman fighting Bane on the streets of Gotham City while Bane's mercenaries battle Gotham PD in the background.

When Bane and Bats first come across each other, Bane quips, "So, you came back to die with your city?", to which the Caped Crusader replies, "No, I came back to stop you."

Batman's reply sounds like something a child would come up with and just sticks out like a sore thumb compared to the technical complexity of the movie and the epic feel of this final battle.

It would've been so much more impactful if Batman just said nothing and started wailing away on Bane straight away. Yuck.
