Predicted Critical Consensus: "Though it doesn't quite live up to the iconic grandeur of the animated Disney classic, Beauty and the Beast is still an infectiously charming, visually stunning and superbly-cast live-action adaptation."

Though it's right to be a little skeptical of some of that auto-tuned singing, it's hard to argue with the opulent production and fantastic cast.

Disney seems to know what they're doing with these live-action remakes, and it's hard to see this one being bad, even if it perhaps isn't as sturdy as, say, last year's The Jungle Book.

Even if it sucks, though, it's cracking a billion dollars worldwide with no problem at all.
