20 TERRIFYING Scenes In TERRIBLE Horror Movies

2010's action-horror film Legion pretty much vanished without a trace shortly after release, though there's a single scene which has remained indelibly lodged in the minds of those who actually bothered to watch it.

Midway through the film, we're introduced to a peripheral villain called the Ice Cream Man, who shows up to a diner where the pregnant mother (Adrianne Palicki) of humanity's apparent saviour is seeking refuge.

The Ice Cream Man rocks up in his ice cream van, which blares a disconcertingly chirpy tune, before we get a good look at the guy himself and see that he's played by the chameleonic Doug Jones - his gangly frame and angular face totally unmistakable.

Moments later the Ice Cream Man opens his mouth wide like a gaping maw, elongates his limbs, and makes his way towards the heroes. 

It's an absolutely terrifying introduction to the movie's only memorable character, only for him to be shot dead with ease moments later.
