25 Star Wars Actors Who Are No Longer With Us

20. Don Henderson

Known for playing tough guys, and later using his Star Wars fame to break into more sci-fi properties, Don Henderson was the snarling General Tagge in A New Hope. Thanks to this exposure, Henderson would later find roles on Red Dwarf and Doctor Who, though he claimed he was only once recognised in public as having been in Star Wars. Henderson passed away at age 64 in June, 1997. He once recounted a tale of being offered $2000, then $5000, for his copy of the Star Wars script, only to note that, as he always did, he'd given it to his kids to colour on.
