The script reportedly features Harrison Ford's character Rick Deckard in the third act, though it's still unknown whether the actor will return or be recast. What's It About: Nothing is known about the plot except that it will continue to explore the techno-centric theme of the first film, and that Deckard does show up. Why We Should Care: Because the original is a classic sci-fi film, and if Scott can further expand the universe without belittling what came before, then it could be another cult classic in the making.
