Who's Involved: Drew Goddard (The Cabin in the Woods) both writes and directs, while it's widely expected that Jamie Foxx (Electro), Paul Giamatti (Rhino), Rhys Ifans (The Lizard), Michael Massee (Gustav Fiers) and Dane DeHaan (Green Goblin) will all be returning. What's It About: An origin story of sorts for the supervillain supergroup who conspire to take down Spider-Man once and for all. Goddard has said that the film will paint them in a redemptive light, however. Why We Should Care: Because they're one of the classic comic book stables, and while you basically know what you're getting with movies like The Avengers and Justice League, a movie focused on villains should feel fresh and intriguing.
