35 Star Trek Actors Who Died In 2022

19. Jack Kehler

Star Trek Jack Kehler
CBS

Jack Kehler appeared in the Deep Space Nine episode Babel. He played Captain Jaheel, the freighter captain who quite understandably wanted to get the hell out of dodge once he became aware of a virus ripping through the station. After the last couple of years on Planet Earth, there's not a soul alive who could blame him.

Kehler may only have appeared in that one episode of Star Trek, but he appeared in many other films and television series during his career. While most recently he appeared in The Man In The High Castle, he also appeared in Lethal Weapon 4, Waterworld, and Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me.

His big break came in the film Space Invaders, though he would also gain recognition from The Big Lebowski. Outside of film, he produced a one-man show for the stage as well.

He died from complications arising from leukemia. He was 75.
