3. SOME Ropey Effects Work

There's no suggestion that the effects build in the trailer will end up being the final version released with the film (in fact, that would be incredibly odd and entirely against tradition), but considering Justice League had such big issues with CGI, you'd think that Warner Bros would have been SUPER cautious about showing too much that might attract criticism.

And yet, some of the sequences in there definitely look incomplete and the ropey CGI has already been brought up by commenters. It's forgivable to a certain extent, because lots of people will be happy to accept that it's early effects work, but without that disclaimer, more casual audience members wouldn't know. And they're running the risk of that impression being a lasting one with those fans.

Why not just be more artful and hide it for now?
