50 Most Anticipated Movies Of 2018 - Ranked
39. 7 Days In Entebbe
Not all films coming follow the noisy, effects-heavy formula of the releases that will probably dominate the top of the box office when the final reckoning rings, and there are some smaller scale projects that deserve just as much attention.
One of the most intriguing comes courtesy of Jose Padilha, whose Elite Squad movies were much better than his RoboCop remake. Based on a true story, 7 Days In Entebbe is the second terrorist story of the year, following Clint Eastwood's The 15:17 To Paris, and charts the story of the hijacking of Air France Flight 139 in 1976.
The subject matter guarantees thrills and a compelling story (which has already been adapted three times in the 70s), and with Rosamund Pike and Daniel Bruhl in key roles, there's a strong foundation to believe it will live up to even the loftiest expectations.
