6 Actors Who Must Be Cast In A Justice League Movie
5. The Flash - Chris Pine
The Flash aka Barry Allen is an irreplaceable member of the Justice League. In all incarnations of the group, the lineup wouldn't be complete without him and his iconic red, yellow and white costume.
While the comics always portray The Flash as a thickly muscled, twenty-something Caucasian man, I think it would be a great opportunity to get a bit of variety into the Justice League by breaking the superhero mold (seriously, the only variety among most heroes is the color of their spandex).
I think it would make far more sense to cast the Flash as a slender, wiry man, built more like a runner than a body-builder.
In addition to this more slender body type, he really does need to possess a youthful innocence in his face. The Flash is playful, yet still answers to Superman and Batman, so that rules out slender Michael Fassbender, who is well suited to the part of authoritative Magneto.
While I did like Armie Hammer (who seems to fit most of the criteria) in The Lone Ranger, I think that Star Trek's own Chris Pine would be ideal. It would be nice to see the multi-talented Pine bring a bit of levity to the grim world that was presented to us in Man of Steel.
