4. Batman Will Make An Appearance

With the Caped Crusader set to play what sounds like a fairly significant role in next year's Suicide Squad, it's become apparent that Batman is going to be the Iron Man of the DC Extended Universe (not a huge surprise given the amount of money his last solo franchise made). The plan is for Batman to apparently be shown watching Wonder Woman from afar as she battles Ares' demonic hoard and saves the lives of those around her, with him then reappearing at the very end of the movie to approach her in a moment which has been described as setting up their apparent friendship in Batman v Superman. If he mentions a "Justice League Initiative", then feel free to start accusing Warner Bros. of ripping off Marvel Studios! In reality, it sounds like this will be more about Batman revealing that he knows of her existence and possibly offering her his assistance in future. Why doesn't The Dark Knight help her out? Who knows, but perhaps he does, hence why she then shows up to assist him and Superman in Dawn of Justice. That's a wild guess though, and for now, all we really know is that Batman and Wonder Woman are going to meet in her movie. Seeing as Bruce Wayne and Diana Prince looked like they were getting on well in the Batman v Superman trailer, this is one rumour which makes a lot of sense...
