3. He's In The Germany Fight Of Captain America: Civil War
To speculate about the plot of Captain America: Civil Wars seems a bit fruitless given how little has been revealed about the Russo brothers . What we do know from various interviews and set leaks is that there's going to be a big fight that encompasses a lot of the key heroes - Cap, Bucky, Black Panther, Falcon et al - shot in Germany (although which could conceivably be set in any major city). And, it turns out, Spidey's gonna be around for it (somehow). Originally it was unclear what size of role Spider-Man would have in the film, and whether he'd actually play a part in any of the key action set-pieces. It at first sounded like Tom Holland only shot for a week on set, but contrary to those early reports, that wasn't the sum total of his time; he eventually did head over to Germany to shoot some extra scenes, suggesting not only that his part in the film is slightly bigger than expected, but that Peter Parker will get some proper action alongside the Avengers (assuming the divided teams still use that name). It should be rather obvious that his part in the movie isn't going to mirror his role in the comic all that much - there's no way Marvel's Parker would unmask so soon into his tenure - but with his name such a strong audience draw it makes sense for him to be involved in some sort of money shot (probably the one or Iron Man's team from the trailer).
