8 Famous Actors Who Beefed With Disney

Following the firing of James Gunn, after some very old tweets of his were unearthed online, Dave Bautista did what any good friend would do and decided to battle the dystopian megacorp that is The Walt Disney Company on Gunn's behalf.

Big Dave's beef with Disney was pretty widely circulated online, in no small part due to the actor himself. Bautista did not hold back when it came to slamming Disney in both the press and online, really giving the company what for with zero attempt made at self-censorship.

In one of his more famous tweets, he accused Disney of siding with a "smear campaign by fascists" and branded their actions "nauseating". Once Gunn was rehired, Bautista seemed to calm down and laid off the rampant hate-tweeting.

Even though Bautista is going to reprise his role in Guardians of the Galaxy 3, he recently admitted that he wasn't contacted to voice the role of Drax in the What If? TV series - suggesting that maybe, considering most of the cast did return for the show, the hatred is mutual. If Drax's head explodes in Guardians of the Galaxy 3, that might be a good indication as to the status of their working relationship.
