7. Killer Frost
There have been many incarnations of Killer Frost, and if you’re a fan of The CW’s The Flash, you’re probably familiar with the third – Caitlin Snow. The second and longest-serving Killer Frost, however, was named Louise Lincoln, and she briefly served Amanda Waller as a member of Task Force X.
Known for her manipulation of all things cold, and her Mr. Freeze-level ice puns, Lincoln is primarily a Firestorm and Green Arrow villain, but she has come into contact with other heroes, including the Flash, Green Lantern, Superman and Batman. She also appeared in 2014’s Assault on Arkham, where she was assigned to kill the Riddler.
