3. Thanos? (Guardians Of The Galaxy)

This is less about being excited about definitely seeing Thanos and more about the question of whether or not it's going to happen - and, of course, getting an answer to that question. The Avengers mid-credits scene showed the Mad Titan in all his glory for the first and only time - albeit extremely briefly and without him even saying a word - but it let us all know that he is the big bad in the Marvel cinematic universe and the likely main villain in the third Avengers movie (which is a few years away yet). Thanos is, at the very least, going to be a presence in this movie - given that his adopted daughter Gamora is in it and several of his henchmen (Ronan, Nebula and Korath) are going to be involved - but the question of whether or not we'll actually see him has yet to be answered. We'll just have to be patient and wait until August to find out!
