8 Upcoming Movies That Had Massive Reshoots

The Reshoots: Director Justin Lin and the cast returned to the set in March for a reshoot that added legendary actress Shohreh Aghdashloo to the billing, playing the High Command of the Federation.

It goes without saying that her role sounds important and could potentially alter the narrative of the film in a significant way, and it's not terribly common that entirely new characters are added to reshoots.

Will It Be Any Good?: This one really could go either way: there's been a lot of complaining online that the movie doesn't feel like a Star Trek film, and many believe that Paramount are trying too hard to transform the franchise into a Guardians of the Galaxy-esque space caper.

Still, it looks fun (something Star Trek fans are hilariously averse to), and though it could be messy without J.J. Abrams' steady hand guiding the ship, it'd be a shock if it wasn't at least entertaining.
