9 Insane Characters You Won't Believe Almost Ended Up In Famous Movies

7. The First Draft Of Kill Bill Had Gogo Yubari's Sister - Yuki Yubari - Out For Revenge & Destroying The Pussy Wagon

One of the best and most memorable scenes in Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill features actress Chiaki Kuriyama, who played cute Japanese schoolgirl assassin Gogo Yubari. You'll recall that she fights against Uma Thurman's Bride towards the end of the first volume, and was memorably dispatched when a bit of nail-embedded wood was introduced to the side of her brain. The moment she's killed, of course, she's never mentioned again. In the original script, though, Gogo's death marked another revenge-inspire subplot featuring her sister: Yuki Yubari. The plan was for Yuki to pop up during Kill Bill, Vol. 2 (although she was written in when the film was still going to be one volume instead of two), at the point between Budd's death and the Bride's visit to Esteban. A crazy battle would have ensued on a dirt road, in which the Bride's Pussy Wagon would have been destroyed (hence why she doesn't have it in later scenes of the film). Yuki would have also been played by Japanese actress Ko Shibasaki, who co-starred in Battle Royale with Chiaki Kuriyama. The whole thing was cut for being "too much."
