7. A Woman Died From A Heart Attack Whilst Watching The Passion Of The Christ's Climatic Crucifixion Scene

We knew Mel Gibson was scary, but who knew that he had the power to kill people who weren't even in the same room? Yes, during a screening of his controversial and super bloody Jesus movie Passion of the Christ, a 56-year-old woman - Peggy Scott - found herself so distressed by the film's harrowing final sequence (in which Jesus is crucified), that she suffered a heart attack right there and then in the movie theatre. And she had no existing health problems! Which basically translates as: "Mel Gibson Killed A Woman Because His Movie Was So Graphic." Well, at least it did in a few of the newspaper headlines that came out after this incident. At the very least, though, the death of Peggy Scott proved that Gibson had, indeed, made an incredibly brutal movie - one so disturbing that it inadvertently caused somebody who gazed upon it to die. Which is actually what most people wished for when they saw our next movie...
