All The Warner Bros. Films Coming To HBO Max In 2021

11. The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It - June 4th

The Conjuring 3
New Line Cinema

Coming in in the June lineup is the third main Conjuring film: The Devil Made Me Do It.

While The Conjuring 3 is the third main instalment, it will be the eighth instalment overall, after The Curse of La Llarona and Annabelle Comes Home.

The film will once again star Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga as Ed and Lorraine Warren, real life paranormal investigators who were active in the 1950's and beyond.

The film is set to take place in the 1980's and will look at the first time demonic possession was ever used by a murder suspect as a legal defence in the USA. Though in the film at least, there'll probably be no doubt there.

Unlike the previous two Conjuring films, The Conjuring 3 will not be directed by James Wan (who is still producing the film), but will instead be directed by Michael Chaves, who directed The Curse of La Larona.

Expect all the trends of the previous films from this one, spooky houses, creepy voices, and probably a few of those weird little children in creepy Victorian clothes.

And although June isn't exactly the spookiest time of the year, with the relative drought of good horror on this list, you might want to think about streaming this one anyway.
