Ant-Man And The Wasp: Is The Sequel Better Than The Original?

One of the biggest differences between Ant-Man and The Wasp and it's predecessor is right there in the title. The Wasp's inclusion, not only as a character, but as part of the title no less, was one of the main reasons people were excited for this movie, and Evangeline Lily delivered.

The Wasp was no sidekick or secondary character, she is every bit a main character as Ant-Man, possibly having an even bigger role in the movie than Lang. The sequel is all about Hope's journey to find her Mother, and the lengths that she will go to to achieve this.

While seeing her chemistry with Ant-Man was joyous on screen, in terms of the action, humour, and romance, Wasp is a strong character on her own and has the potential to be an integral part of Avengers 4 and beyond.

In the comics, Wasp was a very important character. She was a founding member of the Avengers and even came up with the team name. Though this was Janet and not Hope, Lily had a major task in doing such a character justice, and she more than satisfied the family of Marvel fans.
