Avengers 4: 8 Clues For What Happens Next
5. Miles Morales Swings By

Delighting Spidey fans everywhere is the fact that Miles Morales, the young, Afro-Latino Spider-Man introduced by Brian Bendis and Sara Pichelli in 2011, is finally receiving his due off the page. The character is due to star first in Insmoniac's upcoming Spider-Man game for the PlayStation 4, before going on to take a leading role in this December's Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse - a film that looks more and more stunning each time we see it.
Making all of these appearances even better is the fact that the character's presence has already been confirmed in the MCU. Donald Glover played the character's canonical uncle Aaron Davis in Homecoming, and Kevin Feige himself later confirmed the teen's existence at an event late last year (a subsequent easter egg involving Miles' costume was even spotted the other month).
Many felt as though Marvel missed a trick in not making Morales the MCU's Spider-Man to begin with, but they can still make up for lost time. A cameo in Avengers 4, followed by a supporting role in Homecoming 2, would go a long way in laying the groundwork for his eventual transformation into NYC's second Spidey.
