Avengers: Age Of Ultron Ending - What Happens And What Does It Mean?

1. Thanos Gets The Infinity Gauntlet (The Mid-Credits Scene)

What Happens: The mid-credit scene shows the un-gemed Infinity Gauntlet in a vault (presumably Odin's). The door opens revealing Thanos, the mad Titan briefly introduced in The Avengers and Guardians Of The Galaxy. He effortlessly puts the glove on while muttering about "do it" himself. What Does It Mean: Thanos will be the big bad in Avengers: Infinity War, where (assuming they follow the broad strokes of the Infinity Gauntlet comic arc) he'll collect the six Infinity Stones to gain ultimate power in the universe. This has been hinted at through his previous appearances, but here it's blatantly confirmed. If this is indeed the same Gauntlet seen in the background of Thor, then that could be hinting at an alliance by Loki/Odin (Lodin?) during the events of Thor: Ragnarok and going ahead to the next team-up. Whatever the case, Thanos is clearly now upping his game. What do you make of the Avengers: Age Of Ultron ending? Share your thoughts down in the comments.
