13. Hawkeye And His Daughter
In happier times back on the farm, we see Hawkeye training his daughter, Lila, to be archer just like her dad.
It's a really sweet bonding moment between the pair, with some horrifying implications. Hawkeye was done being an Avenger. He was out of the game for the sake of his family but, as we know, he comes back into it here.
It's been speculated for a while that it'd be losing his family in the Decimation that brings him back in, and this trailer goes even further in suggesting that, because there's no point in showing this happy moment if you're not using it to make the truth hurt even more. It might not be all bad news though: it's quite likely his family will come back, and it's pertinent that he's training his daughter here.
It's been rumoured that Katherine Langford has a role in this movie, and that Hawkeye might get his own TV show on Disney Plus, so there's a good chance we see an older version of his daughter later on - played by Langford - and she becomes the MCU's version of Kate Bishop, with even closer, more personal links to Hawkeye (or she replaces the daughter he's lost).
