38. Hulk

It's not actually clear right now whether the Hulk CAN be killed. In The Avengers, Bruce Banner says it's impossible (since Hulk spat a bullet out intended to kill them both) and while SHIELD had made preparations to squish him if he got out of hand, it's likely that he's genuinely invulnerable.

He's going to be a big player in the battle of Wakanda (when he eventually appears from under Banner's cautious control) and we already know that he'll survive his first meeting with Thanos on Thor's ship, so there's no reason to think he'd get killed off when they meet again. The only thing that could make that problematic is the fact that the Infinity Gauntlet is capable of untold powers and one of them might literally be zapping away his invincibility and smashing him. But it's unlikely for now.

37. Shuri

As a supporting character in Wakanda, Shuri could be considered a little more vulnerable than her brother, but she's WAY too valuable to the future of the MCU.

In business terms, she's a pillar of the Black Panther franchise, so she's assured safety, but in story terms, she'll likely be taking over from Tony Stark as the franchise's resident genius. She'll probably also be responsible for either trying to or successfully removing the Mind Stone from Vision without killing him, and she can hardly do that while dead.
