Batman: Got $12,000? Go Buy Jack Nicholson's Joker's Costume
Or why not pick up a Bad MotherF*cker wallet for just $12,956?

Want to get your hands on a proper slice of Batman movie history? You're in luck. Or you would be if you had the kind of disposable wealth that would make your own Joker parade through New York possible, anyway.
That's because Jack Nicholson's Joker suits from 1989's Batman is up for auction as part of a major lot of 600 action, sci-fi and fantasy film and TV items that are coming up for sale on 26th September thanks to the Prop Store in London. As reported by Wired, there are some seriously collectible items in there.
The Joker's threads have a whopping starting bid of $12,955, and you can get your hands on his fedora or trench coat separately if you're a completist and have Howard Hughes money.
On top of those costumes, the auction includes a Xenomorph egg from Aliens (for $1295), Marty McFly's iconic Nikes from Back To The Future Part II (for $16.195) and Samuel L. Jackson's Bad MotherF*cker wallet from Pulp Fiction (starting at $12,956). Presumably, if you win that, you'd have very little to actually put in it.
Additionally, Peter Venkman's costume from Ghostbusters is in there ($3,886), Data's trench coat from The Goonies ($9,715), An Indiana Jones whip ($32,395), one of Star-Lord's helmets from Guardians Of The Galaxy ($19,437) and a pair of Dracula's contact lenses worn by Gary Oldman in Bram Stoker’s Dracula ($1,296).
Even if you haven't got the cash for that sort of investment, you can enjoy the items briefly, as the Prop Store has some of them on display at London’s Odeon BFI IMAX theater.
